After more than 29 years devoted to an exemplary practice of law, both in the public and the private sector, Dr. Carlos Eduardo Rubio, together with his son Jorge Hernan Rubio, established in 1977 the law firm of Rubio & Rubio in order to better satisfy the growing demand for his professional services.

Until his untimely death in 1993, Dr. Carlos Rubio brought to the practice of law his honest thinking and highest ethical values, making him worthy of the respect and the affection of his colleagues, his clients and of the community in general.

Later, in 1994, Jose Alberto Alvarez and Jorge Hernan Rubio merged their respective law firms. In September 1996, Dr. Menalco Solis and Roberto Abrego Torres joined the firm, thus strengthening its potential both within the national boundaries and abroad.

Additionally, RASA has a broad network of correspondent attorneys and law firms nationally and abroad, rendering it capable of offering the same quality of services in foreign jurisdictions.
